Major red flag for Election Fraud: Philadelphia was unable to report the total number of election day voters and mail-in ballots received after polls closed and had NO public total numbers of these at 3:05 AM Nov 4th more than 7 hours after polls closed!

First requirement of honest elections is that total number of ballots cast on election day and the total number of absentee/mail-in ballots received by close of polls is reported immediately after polls close and these numbers should be available within 15 minutes of polls closing for election day votes and within 30 minutes of polls closing for absentee/mail-in ballots received by the closure of polls.

This is to prevent corrupt officials and party operatives from seeing vote counting in other areas and then stuffing enough fake ballots into the count for their favored candidate to commit election fraud and swing election results.

Philadelphia broke this basic rule of elections.

If American election observers are in some other countries and the total number of ballots cast in the election is not immediately reported after polls close the election observers know that election fraud is being committed.

Here is what Democrat  Lisa Deeley, head of the Philadelphia City Commissioners said at 3:05 AM on the 4th of November as reported by CNN:

3:05 a.m. ET, November 4, 2020

Philadelphia expects another update on mail-in ballots at 9 a.m. ET

From CNN’s Mark Morales

Philadelphia won’t have an updated number on mail-in ballots until 9 a.m. on Wednesday, said Lisa Deeley, head of the Philadelphia City Commissioners, which is a bipartisan board of elected officials in charge of elections and voter registration.Election officials are waiting on in-person voting numbers to be reported by some individual precincts and ingested into their system before they can report the number of mail-in ballots, Deeley said. “That’s just the configuration of our system,” said Deeley, adding that it was a reporting issue, not mechanical. The delay in in-person results from the field are slowing down the reports, particularly in West Philadelphia, Deeley said “We are counting, we have been counting, we are going to continue counting until it’s done,” Deeley said. “We’re just waiting for the rest of the in-person results to come in from voting machines.”Another update with mail-in votes will come at 9 a.m., Deeley said.As of 1:10 a.m. ET, with 1,598 of 1,703 divisions reporting, former Vice President Joe Biden has received 73.3% of the city’s votes, and President Trump has received 25.67% of the city’s vote.

There are several problems with Democrat Lisa Deeley’s laughable excuses:

  1. Total number of voters on election day should be reported instantly after polls close and total number of absentee/mail-in ballots received should be reported quickly to prevent election fraud because NOT reporting totals for numbers of election day voters and absentee/mail-in ballots received is a HUGE RED FLAG for election fraud since this is what enables election fraud and ballot stuffing based on what kind of numbers of FRAUDULENT ballots are needed to change the election outcome based on what the results are from elsewhere in Pennsylvania.
  2. “That’s just the configuration of our system,” must be the most idiotic statement in trying to hide election fraud. If the election system is setup in such a way that total voter numbers for election day and the total number of absentee/mail-in ballots received is not available immediately/quickly then that system is setup that way BECAUSE those who setup that system want to commit election fraud.
  3. The mail-in ballots in Pennsylvania went for Joe Biden with a much higher margin than any other state in USA and next after that was Michigan. This anomaly is likely result of election fraud in Pennsylvania and most likely in Michigan too.
  4. delay in in-person results from the field are slowing down the reports, particularly in West Philadelphia” shows that there was something really funny going on in West Philadelphia and “We’re just waiting for the rest of the in-person results to come in from voting machines.” is a really suspicious statement to make at 3:05 AM November 4th over 7 hours after polls have closed. Was there election fraud in in-person results too in addition to the election fraud in mail-in ballots?

All ballots in Pennsylvania should be audited and manually counted and it is unbelievable that Pennsylvania State House and Senate are controlled by Republicans and they are doing nothing to demand and order an audit and hand count of all election day votes and mail-in ballots.

Signature verification should be also done on all ballots because the way Democrat controlled Pennsylvania Department of State issued guidelines removing signature verification in Pennsylvania was a middle-finger to election integrity and the Republican controlled Pennsylvania State House and Senate.

Republicans in PA House and Senate just let Democrat Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar remove signature verification and did NOTHING and Pennsylvania Supreme Court rubber-stamped that decision when Trump campaign challenged it and Republicans in PA House and Senate twiddled their thumbs.

P. S.

It is funny how media always interviews the “Republican” Al Schmidt about the election issues in Philadelphia most of the time when he is serving at the mercy of Democrats and only gets elected because Democrats only put two candidates for the three positions in Philadelphia City Commission. Democrats Lisa Deeley and Omar Sabir run things in the Philadelphia City Commission and Al Schmidt has his job at the mercy of Democrats only because Democrats want the facade of bi-partisanship and push the “Republican” to explain when things go wrong.
